Breaking into C# / .Net...
I have spent the past year working with C# / .Net in order to make the transition to development. I wanted to get some advice on what an employer is looking for in an entry-level or junior development candidate. I am trying to identify which key skills and/or projects I should master that would help me land my first development position. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
