Should understand the use of CSS for a layout, vs. using a table for layout. Cross Browser Compatibility development. If he has examples, screenshots of his work, I know the team here would be Very comfortable if they could see the work. We currently develop on the 2.0 platform of .net using 2005 as the IDE.
